A method to return the expected cost of a WebWalkEvent route similar to org.osbot.rs07.api.Map.realDistance(Entity). It doesn't necessarily have to be a distance, just the cost value used in route-finding.

Allows more robust prediction of how far away some target is, for scripts that may select from a number of potential resource locations based on current distance.

For example a method that could be called before execute() on WebWalkEvent.

WebWalkEvent returns the closest area/position in an array of areas/positions. With that said, more directions could be a smaller path.
