Paying RSGP for Video Clip

This is a bit random but I need this video clip for uni work and I can't access it from my region to download it.

So. For those much more tech savvy than me.

I will pay like ~2m for a short amount of work (I think?) if someone can please find a way of downloading it and then sending the viewable video over to me, via skype or email.
