Anyone had this message when loging in?

Log into the account on the RS website, not the game, but where you go to change your password, set email, etc. and see what's up.

The message seems to imply that you owe Jagex money for membership, as if a payment was charged back or missed.

If you're paying via bank card for your members they've had a problem, maybe a expired bank card which is resulted in you problem owing jagex money for the previous month or two, I've seen it before so maybe this is the reason.
