I'd prefer to do the Fighter Torso. I am capable of doing both, but I would like to do the Fighter Torso for you than doing a rune defender.

 

And the stats depend on what style of attack.

 

I assume you're talking about melee, so I would PREFER at least 60 attack (For full rune + d scimmy, or d long if you don't have a d scimmy). The higher your stats the better.

 

I'm capable of doing it without 60 attack, but it'll be hard to get onto good teams when you're wielding a rune scimmy lol.
