I have cancelled all my subscriptions, i check yesterday i got charged for no reason from bank and its not in my paypal details it has come out bank i dont get it?

The charge is delayed 3-5 business days. Say you buy something on the 10th using paypal, it wont show up till the 13-15th

This pretty much. When you don't have funds in your PayPal, it will use any linked payment methods, preferably a bank account but a credit card works too. It doesn't seem like you were charged twice for anything, so nothing out of the ordinary.
