Explanation: He is claiming I botted one of his accounts when it was hand done, slandering my name, and attempting to scam me money for the value of banned account.

Evidence: Chat box logs, between 11:50 and 12:20pm MST along with private messages in chat box.

Evidence of innocence for myself:

I was supposed to complete the project overnight, however I was too tired to finish and finished it during the day.

If I HAD botted it, it would have been finished overnight instead of extension due to personal ailments.

Private chat with Qwerd: 36 Woodcutting 31 Crafting 18 Slayer 5 Fletching 20 Mining 21 Firemaking 41 Cooking 10 Fishing 25 Thieving.

1) Is when the service was ordered (When he asked for a qoute)

2)  If we look at that, we can assume the service was started on the 27th/28th. Today is the 3rd of Feb. May I ask both of you when the service was completed?

3) Qwerd can you provide pictures of the levelling of the stats that you trained please?

1) the service began the same day, the 27th, and was finished in the afternoon of the 28th

2) I recieved payment for the service the day after it was requested, so the 28th.

3) I will look for a photo of completion, however at the time he paid me as kt was considered complete.

 

 

He claims the account was banned "2 days" after, which would be the 30th of january, but he waited 4 days to confront me about the ban despite being active every day. This part i dont understand.

Even when attempting to get info, he just claimed I scammed him and swore.

Correction, that was nkt the service completed, i didnt do cooking  and firemaking as it.wass too expensive he claimed

Ok, i'm going to ask you to provide some 'proof' that Qwerd got it banned.

1) You only disputed it 4+ days after the account service which doesn't rule out the fact that you could have botted on it yourself.

2) Qwerd has provided pictures of some level ups

At this current moment of time this dispute will be closed in 24 hours as there is nothing proving that he did this

7 hours to respond or this is getting closed

Seeing as this guy wont post with an hour or so left, i'm going to close this
