Depens what goal you need.

I can suggest you fletching bot to get some starting capital.

When I made my account, I botted 1 - 99 Fletching in 2 weeks and got 25M GP to invest to other skills / bots.

Bot that I use was  cw Fletcher

Also can suggest you hunter bot, but be carefull!
