He's not unbanned, it's just a forum glitch he cant access the forums.

 

Thanks for reporting this though so if he ever does want to come back he'll be refunding you 95m

Are you the OO of the account you made for him? May I ask

no he created the account for me to work on, and oh ok because it says banned user crossed out which i thought it meant he is no longer banned on his profile

Oh ok, I was going to say if you made the account for him you could have recovered it.
