I'm looking to buy my own server, not use online, buy personally and keep at my house, what i would like to know what are the specifications of something like this and how many bots would it support? Thanks to anyone who can answer

I would suggest heading over to the server section on Newegg and buying one of those.

Then, throw a server build on it, either Linux or Windows, depending on how secure and advanced you want your system to be.

 

P.S. - Linux performance appears to be about 25% faster (Source), but you would need a higher level of computer knowledge to keep a Linux build on your system.
