Did your main have the previous bot ban but has expired by it? 

my main has an expired 2 day ban from a year or more ago and i wonder if i can bot it again and once im caught only get another 2day

Use a proxy/VPN to be sure tht ur ip is not flagged...

I don't believe in the whole IP flagging idea unless you're running 5+ bots simultaneously on the  same IP THEN they might flag it
