This type of stuff is not new to reversing, camera hacks have existed for many years. OSBuddy is pretty unique because they have a close connection with Jagex, whereas if we did something like this it would probably result in insta-bans. 

They are making very large modifications, which normally would get flagged as a bot client. Note that HD Clients also get flagged as botting clients.
