We would've been more lenient if you had more pictures but im afraid that we've decided you'll have to refund the user 50% of the service cost. 50% of the service done with no pictures is too big of a gap.

Since technically, that is how service owners usually do their payments, you wont have to pay anything due to the @Sahand scam. This refund will be tagged on him if he wishes to return. Closed.
