Cannot login anymore on an account?

Hey all,

 

I was using my bot on my main account (I had to create this one to get help). Suddenly it stopped and logged me out of OSBot, I have tried to login multiple times in the client and on the forum but it tells me that the password is incorrect. When I go to 'forgot password' and enter my email it tells me it isn't on the system, when I reset the password with my username no email comes through.

 

Naturally I am a bit worried about this as the account may have been hacked, but this would mean receiving validation emails and I haven't received any. Would OSBot mods of banned my account? I am using the software correctly and haven't done anything wrong on the forum so there doesn't seem to be any reason for my account being removed. I have multiple premium script purchases so the whole situation is a bit worrying.

 

If anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it. If a mod needs info about my account message me!

It looks like you were indeed hacked, someone got into your account and changed your registration email and your password. I've reset the email address to the original one and banned the IP, please make sure you secure that email address and then reset the password of your account.
