First of CazzuaLL, you took days to refund. You're just a hard headed and hard to work with. I never curse on public forums, but you are being an asshole. When you scammed us and owed us money, and fought to pay us as little as possible even though it was your fault I still gave you 30 days and you're over here complaining about 24.1 hours? C'mon.

 

I still think it's kind of ridiculous because it's pretty clear that CazzuaLL scammed and for that I don't think he deserves to be paid. Who pays a scammer? He broke our rules, and OSBot's rules, which means he's in no position to ask us for money. In addition, CazzuaLL knows for a fact more gold was on the account than he paid back, but he was a dick about it and made us provide proof and didn't even pay back what he knew we lost. He did everything he could to get out of most of it even though it was his fault. The last dispute was closed and it was on the same matter and he didn't bring this issue up until now? We don't owe him anything. The dispute was finalized. I think CazzuaLL is a scammer who has proved he has no remorse if people lose hundreds because of him. I think he should be TWC and I want to change my neutral back to a negative. I was super nice by letting him get away with a neutral feedback, letting him refund $62 instead of $150, and giving him 30 days to do it. I don't think he's being reasonable or acting in good faith. 

 

I think the evidence I provided in the last dispute that proved he was at his computer and knew of the scam yet still tried to hide it/refused to do anything about it is evidence enough.

I think I was super nice and now he is taking advantage of it. Had I not been so nice/understanding he would be banned.
