It's clear that you scammed, you just got lucky that we didn't take screenshots after we restocked and that your friend covered for you. While you say you did us some service, you ultimately scammed us, or were at a minimum a cause for us to get scammed. You never showed any remorse, you never provided any evidence. You tried to get out of it as much as you can to keep as much money as you could. I don't know that we owe you any money. Technically you owe us money. You're both running the same business and he was working for both of you so it doesn't really matter who he creates the dispute against, one of you guys will have to refund him for the work he did do.
