I am not attempting to ban evade it, I just wish to have a dispute open to ensure he doesn't scam anyone else. Did you not know that nicksep could have resolved his offsite affairs and get unbanned on OSBot once he dealt with them? My conclusion is you will be refunding 400M OSRS or you will replicate an account for nick (gain the services and quests and replace his full bank) That's what you get for being a white knight and acting by yourself.
