4). chargeback because the ID isn't matching to the one paypal has in it's logs eg different birthday or nationality

All you see when they pay you is their name and email.

 

They can forge the matching name with a different picture, different everything except name and when you show it to paypal it will not match, either way they don't take ID as a form of proof as it can be forged on your end.
