Explanation:bought a gmauler from spooks, had it for less than a week got an email to say someone had changed password for the email account, couldn't get it back. Messages snowman himself and he said he'd ask Saxon? No reply. Spooks says he hasn't touched the account

Snowman has been already banned but i've placed Spookz in twc and asked him to reply to this dispute seeing as he sold the account to you.

Account was bought for 35m right?

 

Even though Snowman may have done this and not Spookz, he will still need to refund 35M as he took on the risk when he resold this account to you.

So what's apparently happened is the account hasn't been recovered, Nestlo was given the first email with the account along with the account. All that happened was he never changed the password on the email linked to the account (I imagine), nor transferred the email off.

The account is still in Nestlo's possession.

@Nestlo can you confirm you have possession of the account? If the account is still in your possession, The only person who could have changed the email password would be Snowman.

 

Was the email also sold to you? 

I don't have the account either Now he must have recovered the last time I had the account was when I spoke to spookzz but the next day the pass was changed and I was unable to recover can take a picture when I'm home, also yes email was sold with it

And I also did change the password of the email and added my phone number for recovery purposes which had been removed as I can't use it to recover

this was a recovery request i did and when it says email at the bottom i put my own email adress in, so they send you result i can show you that also if need be in private
