When it comes to acc market.

How long is the OO liable for locked/recovered account?

should be posted under community discussion or something, this is defently the wrong place

the person selling the account is always responsible for this because he/she should have the ability to unlock it

 

if I sell an account to you and you sell it

then you recover it, you are liable for the account to the person you sold it to. and im liable for the account to you
