Is there a firewall/anti-malware blocking it?

Been having the same issue for the past 36 hours. Running 1.7.32. Things I've tried:

 

- Deleting all OSBot files

- Reinstalling Java

- Redownloading OSBot

- Checking there is no firewall confliction

 

I should also state that I have had 1.7.32 working previously before this issue. Anybody any suggestions? :/ See below for the error code + screenshots.
