Delete all files from OSbot then try re-downloading, if that doesn't work check to see if you have the latest version of Java downloaded, (The problem that you're having only happens to me when Osbot is down and it's running smooth right now for me)

i have update all java version but it still like that~

The website, as you see, is not offline.

I would suggest that you download the latest version of Java and go from there.
