Can't log into bot client

came home and runescape was updated, read a few forum's and deleted all files of osbot. my random.dat file refuses to delete? other files have no problem deleting. i just cant log into the bot client to start a bot up. anyone have somethings i could try to do to fix this? thanks.

error loading settings and javax.crypto,Badpaddingexception: given final block not properly padded
