bank.open() small bug

There's an RS2Object in draynor village with the name "Bank booth" that doesn't have the 'Bank' action. It's not a closed bank booth or anything - it's just a totally different object with a totally different id.

The method bank.open() has briefly tried to 'open' this bank booth on multiple occasions, even though it's not openable. It's even tried to close the bank interface that it's just opened to go to it. It doesn't happen every time, but it happens often enough that I thought I should report it, especially because it's an easy fix that just saying hasAction("Bank") or something could fix.

I don't like that Bank method to begin with, I've suggested numerous times for it to be deleted. I'll fix it later though.
