70/70/70 (NMZ ready) will be the most in demand one as power-levellers will buy these accounts, NMZ them to 99 and then sell them for a big profit.

Also, if you're looking to sell a F2P account, I'd suggest going 40/60+/1, that account will sell more than a 40/60+/40 :)
