How does that correspond to him not wanting the service done?

Befoer in the conversation he says no then he changes his mind if he made up his mind when I first asked him too then we wouldnt be in this position The guy isnt even here anymore. If he wanted the dispute so bad he should have atleast stayed

Which you clearly respond to with yes. Anyhow, to not drag this on any further. Re-add him on skype and complete the service for him. Let us know here when you've done so.
