Reasoning: banned on p****bot and sythe, probably here as well and maybe other too. His skype is ace.cee2, and a quick search leads to a scam report on pb in which an admin states he did this before and is ban evading. Also leads to a ban evader report in sythe.

Can you please post a picture of him confirming his skype on osbot?

 

As well as a picture of his skype ID next to that conversation if possible.

I dont have him added nor anymore do I still have the chat. Ask @Sysm what skype he contacted him with. If this billy kid is the same guy he would know.
