[Suggestion] allow TWC users to view/do services

I suggest TWC users be allowed to do services as we used to be able to, under certain conditions. Some good ideas are listed in my thread here

My biggest suggestion for this would be the TWC user MUST go first or use middleman and MUST NOT be trusted with 10m or more. If a user decides to use a TWC member, they do risk ~10m if the TWC user scams, but that would be their call to use them or not.


 


 


If not, at least let us view the services section. I can just go incogneto and view it, so not being able to view services as a TWC is pretty ludacris.
