Is it risky to bot at Barbarian Outpost atm, chopping willows? I really want 99 woodcutting - also, how long would 99 take this way? :)

I don't think it would be as risky as other woodcutting spots, but there's still chance of a ban of course. As for how long it'd take, I'm not too sure.
