Been banned for 4 months now

So I've been banned for 4 months from the Chatbox now, all because someone asked who the OO was on one of my accounts and I made a mistake and sent the link to an offsite website, then I apologized right after. Not sure why I am still banned? kind of ridiculous at this point....
