Reset Pc to factory settings. Now i can't open Osbot?

When i go to open osbot it asks what application i would like to use to open it?

Example:

Internet explorer

note pad

paint

 

I used to just click osbot and the GUI to type in my user/pass would pop up and that was it.

 

I went and downloaded Java 101.  And i've also been lookin at apps that can open .jar files.

 

I've never had this problem before. Im lost.

download jarfix and run it

open osbot
