thinking of either skillers with 99 fetching and 70-85 mining  and like 50 construction

 

or  99 fletching accs with 70 att def str (nmz quested)

 

but not sure if 99 fletching will make the account worth so much more

99 fletching accounts are about 10m-15m so i guess just tag that onto the price
