We're going to need a lot more evidence than that if you plan on making a dispute.. 
That being said, I've placed the user in TWC and requested him to reply here. In the future, please refrain from leaving a mass of negative feedbacks as it really doesn't help your case...

i traded my 16m, to abbysal blud... and he logged out then no pay me...........

He's been online but decided to ignore the dispute so I went ahead and banned him. He'll have to refund you if he wishes to return. I'm sorry for your loss.
