The F is just nearby perfect, but the colour palette isn't a good mix.

The Circle/Globe looks not good - The left side is thin asf. The upside looks like a bowie knife.

get rid of the lines on the f and change the colours 

The color palette you´re using is horrible.  Concept in the "F" is good, the "R" will tell is it a hero or a zero.  

The globes symmetrics are off. Also the curving in the left side does not follow the 3D pattern and it catches the eye in a wrong way.

 

Very good starting concepts. Just a bit more work and they will be just fine.
