Windows server 2008 is based on windows vista, for some reason the client lags immensely on windows server 2008.

Is osbot not compatible with windows vista/2008?

No, it's not visual lag I've ran scripts and they will always under-perform hard on windows 2008/vista due to the lag you see as it gets a lot less xp per hour and takes a lot longer to complete anything.
