not my bro Posted September 3, 2016 Share Posted September 3, 2016 I haven't used my client in about a month, and when I tried to use it today for some reason it wouldn't recognize my password.. Or are you saying you're on an alt account because your main one won't login? If it's case number 1: It's due to special characters in your password such as: :@;'[]"£$%$^ You don't need access to your e-mail to change your password VIA the forums, just your current attached e-mail and password and you can change it in the control panel.
