Need advice on Bit-coin

I haven't traded in Bit coins before, i m hoping to sell OSGP in exchange for bitcoins, instead of paypal.

 

Paypal just takes a big cut from the people where i live and i loose a substantial amount of money while using paypal(almost 20%; including paypal and bank transaction fee).  I have been told that using bitcoins would lower this cut, I want to know the additional risks involved in switching from paypal to bitcoin.

 

No need to mention instability in bitcoin over long period of time; i m well aware of it.

 

Appreciate any help on the matter.

2) Buy some bitcoin
3)
4) profit
