Banned for rwt?

I got banned for "RWT", can i actually do something to get my account back?

 

Edit: is there a way to make an appeal even when it says not appealable?

RWT is permanent without having chance to get unbanned. My account was hijacked and noticed months later its banned for RWT, they told me it doesnt even matter if hijacker did it, they wont even review it.
