As i understood its possible to +5 boost cooking skill with evil stews.

 

Anyone exactly knows what colors do i have to add in what amount to the stew to get an +5 cooking boost.

and also orange doesnnt only work for cooking , work for multiple skills

 

u need to keep trying until you get the cooking boost , also use restore pots to restore cook lvls

Yeah but its better to not boost at all, easier. 25k off 70 cooking. Takes me around ~30min from 67 to 70.
