Reoccuring payment for vip

I have a Reoccuring payment for vip. I want to cancle it and get a refund. i keep getting billed per month but i havent played runescape in months. There doesnt seem to be an option arounid to cancle it? any help?

Go to your transactions on Paypal, they'll be a cancel option
