High CPU on 1 client but not the others

Ever since rs updated today ive been getting off and on cpu lag

 

The weird thing is it only happens with 1 at a time and sometimes more than that.

 

I have 4 clients running in low cpu with the exact same script so unsure why

The script cant be causing lag otherwise they would all lag plus its not consistent lag
