What Quests for addy gloves?

So i have a pure, and want to turn it into a 13 def pure and not ruin it... i have looked online and couldnt find a clear page, most were outdated and back when you did the monkey madness subquests. but i believe now you do nature spirit and the lumbridge subquests? anyone that may have an addy gloves pure let me know below please!

nature spirit gives you 2k def xp which is 13 def, but i think lv 14 is like 2107 xp? so if you have under 106 xp in def right now then yes it will work, if you have over 107 def xp then no you will have an ugly 14 def

meh slayer helm (i) is useless for pking now, when you die with it in the wild you lose your charge and the black mask now
