    what about without twc, say from a semi trusted member

    So none of the stats are quested which makes it a useless pure (unless MM is done)

    Your TWC will make it near enough impossible for you to sell the account.

    Not 0 but I disagree with the 30-35m valuation I'd say 20M at most
