Any value in this

Is there any value in an account with Agility and Hunter skill capes with no 99's? This is on RS3

It also has 33 defence even though it has dragon slayer and multiple other quests done. Not sure if low defence is useful anymore anyway.

Just remembered I had it.

rs3 is pretty worthless nowdays.. :(

hmmm only 99 hunter and 99 agil, all the rest are lvl 1?

no he got reset for botting probably, so there no longer 99 but he still got the capes.

thats a thing??

thats a thing??

not anymore, used to be pre-eoc though

hmm but are his stats still reset or what's up with that?

he simply didnt re-train them. lol

so pretty much his acc is super rare

well if your a collector i suppose, but in general its worthless to most

specially since low def had only a disadvantage in rs3, so the low def even with def quests completed is useless.
