You really need to work on your lighting and your compo. 

 

Your render is badly placed and the effects are messy. 

I saved the image and added lighting;

(remember I did this WITHOUT the .psd, so I can't create lighting as good)

 

It makes it look not only more professional, but more high quality and realistic.

 

The tag is pretty boring also.. All you have going on is his little light. Which makes the whole right side empty. The emptiness causes me to just look in that area, and not the focal. (The light in this case) 

What you did good though is blended the render in pretty well. I'll applaud you on that :D But you could have done much much better with this! :(
