On 17/1/2016, Sooyoung contacted me on skype asking me whether im interested in purchasing his 75 Atk Pure for $26 Paypal. I have previously brought an account from him before however that account he wasn't OO hence it didn't have any issue with that. However, this account that I've brought from him, he was the OO as proven in the skype logs.

The purpose I made this dispute is not to get the account or money back because I have won the paypal dispute. I know should have made this dispute earlier however during that time I had only moved to another country and didn't had much time to do it. In addition to that, seeing that Sooyoung hasn't been active for some time and I have gotten my money back. However, since last week he has been spamming threads for the 100 post count for account sale.
