Why should i have to pay him for something he messed up on?

 

He got you to wave 51 and you couldn't be patient for more than 4 hours for him to come back online, then you logged in and died which is stated clearly in his TOS that there will be no refund. The thing is, you hadn't even paid him for the service which is why you will have to pay him 3.5M now.
