I believe he stated that the negative feedback was false about a week or two ago, so he MIGHT not be lying and theres also been no dispute against him. Also he might of made a post somewhere only the mods and him can see but as always, trade with caution

No Because he did rip off that poor dude and he didnt have any proof to prove it. Simple Already making up lies up on skype makes this person suspicious, after i denied his offer about him doing service for me, he blocked me immediantly.
