You can't connect to the rs servers, seems obvious.

Remove jars and cache, redownload, check firewall and privileges

Did everything,but still dosent work...

You're not the only one, happens on my main computer.

I have seen a small amount of people running into this issue. It's a very strange issue, the easiest thing for me would be to reproduce it but I simply can't. What I'll do is add this problem onto our todo list and run through the code that could cause this message to occur. I hopefully will find this issue and resolve it soon.
