Hello, hoping a Admin can guide me in the correct way. I stopped botting for around 5+ months or so, and tried logging into my account and it is locked due to me trying to log into it too many times. Either way, I tried resetting the password three times already and have waitied a half a hour. I haven't gotten a email to reset my password and was wondering why. Is my other account banned or something what could have happened?

You can simply search any member in the searchbar; banned/inactive/active there still should be some correspondence there. If the name of an account that you are searching for isn't there or redirects you to a page with something along the lines of 'oops something wen't wrong, contact administration' then that's enough confirmation that the account's banned. You can also search topics/posts that a member has made to make it more clear

The account is still active. I have gotten the "reset" password email, but claims my verification is wrong.

 

Yet I copied and pasted from the direct email.

Never mind, figured it out. No it is not locked. Still not letting me log in.

As I said, I got the email now, but it displays that whenever I try and reset my password.
