Is there a way that scripts can communicate with each other through the client?

I have tried setting up a server however it is blocked by the security manager.
 

By cross communicate i mean for example access the same variables. Worse case scenario i can work with files but yeah..

Could use sockets over localhost

 

Doesn't work, it is blocked for security i assume 

I may be entirely wrong, but I remember someone stating that static variables are shared between same script instances.
